As we journey through life, caring for our health means more than simply staying physically active. It also means nurturing meaningful relationships, continuing to learn, serving others, and finding purpose and joy in each day.
Healthy aging can begin with small, mindful choices. Sharing a healthy meal, learning something new, volunteering in the community, or spending time with family and friends can nourish not only our bodies, but also our hearts and minds.
Inspired by Tzu Chi’s spirit of compassion and gratitude, this lecture brings together the real-life experiences of Tzu Chi volunteers with insights from the “Enjoy Healthy Eating” program. Together, we will explore how healthy eating, lifelong learning, volunteer service, and meaningful connections can help us live with greater balance and vitality.
Through caring for ourselves and extending care to others, we can embrace each stage of life with gratitude, compassion, and purpose—making every day healthier, more fulfilling, and more meaningful.
Note: The event will be conduct in Mandarin.
